  • Pre-booking means you can prepay for your parking and have less to worry about on the day of your trip. It saves time and starts your day with ease. 

  • As most of our bookings do not specify an arrival time it is not always possible for you to enter immediately if the site is busy. We cannot guarantee that a space will be available at all times of the day of booking but in the unlikely event that the car park is full, the next free space after your arrival would be yours. The team on site will work hard to get you in as soon as possible. In the extremely unlikely event that the car park remains full we would offer you an alternative. 

  • All bookings are done online by going to the car park page you would like to book. Click on the green button and follow the instructions.

    We are unable to take your booking over the phone. 

  • You will be sent an email confirmation and a receipt.

    It will also appear in your My Q-Park account.

    You will not be able to see it on your Q-Park app.

  • By Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit.
  • Full instructions will be sent to you when you book and these do vary by site depending on location.
  • Please take a look at nearby facilities online. These may be available during your desired booking time.

    If we don’t have anything suitable you are always welcome to park and pay on site if you wish, not all spaces can be reserved online. There may still be availability on the day.

     

  • Please check your spam/trash folder for your email confirmation and your My Q-Park account to see if your booking is active.

    If you cannot find confirmation, your booking has not been successful and you will need to begin the process again.

  • Yes, you may enter & exit the parking facility as many times as you'd like at our PaSS locations.
  • Of course, you are welcome to stay as long as you like.

    Customers who pre-book online at car parks with number plate recognition can arrive up to 15 minutes before their booking start time at no extra cost. Please note where you have booked an Evening Special product with a specific start time, the grace period is 5 minutes and has been reflected on your booking confirmation. You cannot enter before this time.

    If a customer arrives between 15 minutes - 2 hours before their booking start time, they can still enter the car park but will be charged for the additional parking time at the standard tariff rate.

    If a customer leaves a car park with ANPR after their booking end time, they will be charged for the additional parking time at the standard tariff rate.

    If your fee is calculated incorrectly please press the help button as it may be that your booking fee has not been taken into consideration.

  • All booking cancellations received a minimum of 24 hours before the date of arrival, will be processed and a refund issued minus 25% of the parking fee paid.

    We are not able to cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice unless a cancellation waiver was purchased.

    If the cancellation waiver was purchased we will refund the booking in full minus the cost of the waiver.

  • In the case of Online Reservations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the day after the reservation was made.

    To exercise the Right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform Q-Park of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail).

    You may not exercise your right to withdraw after your booking start time has passed. For bookings of more than 1 day, we may be able to cancel on a pro-rate basis.

  • The cancellation waiver allows you to cancel your booking any time before the arrival date.

    If you cancel your booking, a full refund will be give, minus the cost of the cancellation waiver.

     

  • We are not able to amend a booking once made, if your booking is no longer suitable you would need to cancel and rebook. In this case your booking would be subject to the usual cancellation terms.

    If you are booking for an ANPR site and want to stay longer, please leave the vehicle parked and any extra time will be automatically charged at the standard rate after you depart. 
    Please do not create a second booking unless you are driving out of the car park at the end of your first booking and re-entering when your next booking starts. 

    If you are booking for a non-ANPR site you can pay any excess fee at the pay machine before you exit the car park.
